We like to listen. This is a good trait to have in the service industry. We respect your ideas. We like brainstorming. We like barnstorming (but not in the office).

We work with you as much as you want us to. You have ideas? Great! Bring them in. If we like them, we'll tell you. If you like pink text on an orange background, you can trust us to try to talk you out of it.

You want us to do everything? We're happy with that too. Tell us what you think. Everyone's happy when we produce great work.
